Jennifer Kasmer, received her Masters in Counseling and Licensure in Ohio prior to a move to Charlotte. The first two years here, she watched as her extremely gifted husband, a personal trainer, became well known for not only his very high spiky hair, but also his ability to connect to his clients and deliver them with MAXIMUM RESULTS in MINIMUM TIME. Knowing that with his disability of being legally blind, he would be unable to run his own studio she decided to take on the role of owner and operations manager on his behalf letting him to expand his reach within the community and to continue to connect with his clients delivering them with amazing results! He now has helped hundreds of clients in the Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Marvin, Weddington, NC and Fort Mill and Lancaster, SC areas to reach and surpass their weight loss goals! Brent Kasmer, CPT, CFN is the lead trainer at Everlasting Changes. Due to his disability he has this innate way to understand the physiology of the human body from an internal aspect. Each and every exercise in his circuit style programming has been well thought out in an extremely systematic way to make all movements easily modifiable for every fitness level and for those with injuries and ailments. All circuits are performed in a progressive series allowing each new client to quickly increase their fitness level, improving their performance and delivering them with MAXIMUM RESULTS in MINIMUM TIME. We strive to push and motivate clients to surpass their goals and reach heights they never dared dreamed.

Jennifer left her career as a Licensed Counselor to pursue her dreams of transforming others through personal training and nutrition. She feels that results are driven by increased accountability between the trainer and client. This can be found at the Everlasting Changes elite, upscale boutique style studio. Her mission is to deliver the highest quality program design and services in a fun, energetic environment to MAXIMUM RESULTS in MINIMUM TIME for the busy individual. Brent has over 15 years of experience, competes at a Professional level in All-Natural Bodybuilding and is Certified, Insured for Personal Training, Sports Conditioning and Sports Nutrition through ISSA. He carries himself with the utmost of integrity as a Christian, husband, father and trainer. He holds himself accountable to practice what he preaches and leads by example when it comes to working with his clients.

Kristine MacWilliams

Certified Personal Trainer

Kristine is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through NASM with 20 years in the fitness industry. She has a strong background in weight training and indoor cycling.   Kristine has a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals to feel and function better in everyday life. She believes that pushing yourself in the gym and taking the time to exercise effects your overall lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals both in and out of the gym.

Stephen Sues

Certified Personal Trainer

Stephen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute of Charlotte, with education ranging from corrective exercise techniques to power production. In his 3 years of experience training private and semi-private clients, Stephen has proven he can deliver results through his ability to understand all personality types, and be relatable. His belief is that good mental preparation is how to make every gym experience successful and non-intimidating. Outside the gym Stephen is a recreational mountain biker and tennis player.
